The jewelry you see on this website is the product of Melanie Parker. Melanie’s interest in jewelry-making was piqued a few years ago when she wasn’t able to find the pieces she wanted in stores or online. Things started simple with just cord and seed beads but quickly progressed to what you see today. Now here she is five years later with a much more diverse selection of her own handmade jewelry. Having been a huge success at local street fairs and craft shows and with friends and family each requesting an original piece, Melanie’s product line has grown considerably. And so with the advice and support of her family and friends, Melanie has finally decided to give her product a chance online. Using an endearing nickname given by a friend, Pemelapee.com was born. Each piece you see here is handmade by Melanie and includes a brief description. She uses only the finest glass and semi-precious stones as well as beach glass found on nearby Atlantic beaches. Because every piece is handcrafted, there may be subtle differences.
